Balloon Disclaimers for Outdoor Setups

Very Fringe & Balloons is not responsible for these issues that my arise with outdoor setups

  1. Sun damage to the balloons- when balloons are in direct sunlight balloons will change in color and may pop. They become a matte like look as they oxidize in the sun, this is more noticeable with dark balloons.

  2. Wind- balloons will be secured to the best of our ability, but winds can affect the shape and structure of the garland.

  3. Other environmental factors- pets, children, different surfaces, nails, or foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of the balloons.

Very Fringe & Balloons will replace any balloons popped in transport or during setup, however Very Fringe is not held liable once out the care. Only the highest quality balloons and materials are utilized, however some may pop or deflate sooner that anticipated.
